IŞIK KAYA Law Firm began operations in 2020 and has been providing professional legal advice to clients across a wide range of sectors since its inception. Initially primarily offering services in local commercial and corporate law, IŞIK KAYA quickly expanded its scope and established a strong position in international law.

Growing rapidly since its founding, IŞIK KAYA has increased its consultancy volume for corporate clients operating in the finance, technology, manufacturing and service sectors, while also developing a more systematic and robust organizational model by structuring its own support units such as human resources, financial management and information technologies.

In line with the evolving technology and global economy after 2020, IŞIK KAYA began offering specialized services to technology companies, entrepreneurs, and both domestic and international investors. With its expert teams, aligned with its innovative approach, it aims to provide pioneering services in technology- and innovation-focused legal processes.

In addition, it continues to provide comprehensive, solution-oriented and high-quality services to its clients with its expert working groups in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, tax law, intellectual property law and international trade law.
