Providing preventive legal consultancy within the framework of consumer law legislation to individuals and companies that sell or broker products and/or services through online platforms or physical sales points, as well as to all businesses that sell and broker real estate, is one of the core service areas of IŞIK KAYA Law Firm.

We provide legal support to our clients in investigations and reviews conducted by the Ministry of Trade's General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Supervision, and we actively represent them in disputes arising before Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
